“LS-Telestrator Remote” is an add-on software to the “LS-Telestrator for GFL” software for Macs.
With the “remote” application, the scoreboard generated with “LS-Telestrator for GFL” on the Mac can be controlled remotely.
This relieves the operator on the Mac and he can concentrate on the "Down & Distance" lines.
Both devices (Mac and iPad) must be connected to the internet for a working remote connection. This can also be Internet via LTE module or a WLAN connection with an Internet connection.
The devices are connected to each other once via a link or a QR code and then communicate with each other. You can use “LS-Telestrator Remote” to scan the QR code displayed in Telestrator or send the link next to it.
With any internet connection, the “remote” operator can be seated in the stadium where he has a good view of the stadium scoreboard or close to the referees.
The remote app with its scoreboard controller offers a similar view of the Mac software and also shows the scoreboard controller permanently.
The operator can change all settings such as score, timer, offense, down & distance and send them with a tap. He can also trigger events like touchdown, field goal or yellow flag.
Even the match setup with jersey colors can be set on the remote app. Also, some quick keys like “New first down” or “Increase down by 1” are available.
The GFL-Live logo requested by the GFL is also integrated.
A red border indicates in the iPad app that the scoreboard is currently on air (when using the ATEM switcher connection in the Mac software).
“LS-Telestrator Remote” cannot be used effectively without the Mac software "LS-Telestrator for GFL"!
The connection between the two applications is permanent after it is first established, but is deleted on the server side after 6 months of non-use. However, the Macs operator can block or unblock a "remote app" owned by a specific user.
This is in case different remote operators are used in different games.
